Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Pease note, business days are Monday thru Friday (excluding United States federal holidays) from 9a-5p Central.


WES AND WILLY WANTS YOU TO BE HAPPY. IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH SIZE OR FIT WE WILL GLADLY MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR ACCEPT A RETURN.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Wes and Willy gladly accepts returns/exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our website for full refund/exchange within 45 days of purchase. Return shipping is not covered by Wes and Willy except in the case of a defective item. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment within 10 days of Wes and Willy receiving the returned item(s). Returns should be sent to 4524 F Street, Omaha NE 68117. Please include a copy of your invoice or a note detailing what you would like(refund/exchange).


MONOGRAMED OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS
All monogrammed and personalized items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.


7-DAY PRICE GUARANTEE
If an item purchased from Wesandwilly.com goes on sale at Wesandwilly.com within 7 days of your purchase we will gladly credit the difference in price. You can make this request by emailing us at info@wesandwilly.com.

Once we receive the return we will process the return/exchange and notify you via email

If you do not have a Wes and Willy account:
Send items back to Wes and Willy with a note that includes:
For Returns- name order placed under, order number if known, item(s) being returned, reason for return
For Exchanges- name order placed under, order number if known, item(s) enclosed in box, what you would like to exchange them for
